B.B. King may sing the blues, but he’s in a state of pure bliss while performing. The B.B. King Blues Band opened the show with a couple of songs that showcased the talented backing band; complete with guitar, bass, percussion, keyboards and a horn section. Each member took a moment for a brief solo before King was assisted to a chair at center-stage next to Lucille–his trademark Gibson guitar. Though King might have lost a step or two at the age of 86, his fans still packed the house to see him perform at the cozy Northern Lights Theater at the Potawatomi Casino in Milwaukee.
